The book is a true story about a father's blind devotion to his Oxy addicted son, chronicling the author's venture into the dangerous world of prescription drug dealers. I make many mistakes as a father, but I have always tried the best I know how. Sometimes no matter what a person does as a parent, children may travel to dangerous places. Some will return from those places unharmed and some may never return. A family can look perfect from the outside but be quite the opposite on the inside. I have lived such a life.
