Il romanzo, volutamente ottimista, vuole opporsi alle ipocrisie di cui sopra, perch parla di un amore autentico, intenso, stabile, un amore che ci d il diritto di sperare, di pretendere quel rispetto che ci viene dalla nostra dignit di esseri umani.
