Richard Beresford was born and raised in Chesterfield, a market town in North Derbyshire, and still reside there today. The fact that it is on the doorstep to the Peak District is one of the reasons he has stayed as it means he doesn’t have to travel far to enjoy the stunning scenery the Peak District has to offer. He likes to try many different photographic genres – Landscapes, Nature, Black & White, Sport – anything goes really although living so close to the Peak District National Park it’s inevitable that Landscapes form such a large part of his collection.
