Jane Pettigrew's career in tea began in 1983 when she opened Tea-Time in Clapham, London. Her books include 'Jane Pettigrew's Tea-Time', 'The National Trust Book of Tea-Time Recipes', 'Tea' and 'A Social History of Tea'. She also regularly publishes articles on tea and tea-drinking. Jane lectures and speaks at conferences around the world.
