Barbara has: -Studied and practiced human development, motivational psychology & human relations for more than 20 years -Bachelor of Science in Human Development/Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay -Masters in Educational Psychology (psychology of learning and development) from the UW-Milwaukee -Certification from UW Milwaukee's program in Corporate Consulting & Coaching, with a focus on Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Quality of Work life, Employee Development/Training, Workplace Stress Reduction/Conflict Resolution. -Training from The College of Executive Coaching -Northeast Wisconsin Technical College's Supervision Certificate and Leadership certificate program which focus on HR Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Managing Quality, Supervision, and Team-Building/Problem-Solving. -Taught over 16 courses at the college level and continues to work as adjunct faculty at Concordia University of Wisconsin -Founder of AdvantEdge Success Coaching, where she is a Women's Leadership Trainer, Executive Coach, & Author -SCORE Mentor to small businesses for the past three years -Held leadership positions with a local chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Leadership Green Bay (LGB), and Servant Leadership of Wisconsin (SLOW). -Long-time member of both local and national SHRM chapters and the local American Society of Training & Development (ASTD).
