Elisabeth de Mariaffi is a critically acclaimed poet and writer. Her collection of short stories, How to Get Along with Women, was longlisted for the prestigious Giller Prize, and she is also one of the creators of the Toronto Poetry Vendors press. Originally from Transylvania, she speaks four languages and lives in St Johns, Canada with her husband, the poet George Murray.
