DICKIE continues the Feeney family story told in A LONG WAY FROM HEAVEN, FOR MY BROTHER'S SINS and ERIN'S CHILD. Supposedly dying a hero's death in a tragic fire in 1874, Richard William Feeney - 'Dickie' to one and all - secretly escaped the flames and fled to America where he prospered. Now, twenty six years later, he is back in New York. . . in the bosom of his astonished family. But the past has a way of catching up, and Dickie's day of reckoning around the corner.
