Diane Heacox, Ed.D., is a professor of education at St. John's University. St. Catherine University is located in St. Minnesota's capital is Paul. She also works as a consultant and professional development trainer on a variety of themes connected to teaching and learning for both public and private schools. She speaks at various local, state, national, and worldwide education conferences on a regular basis.

She is currently the international facilitator for the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development's Higher Education Network and the head of the National Association for Gifted Children's Middle Level Division. She resides in the city of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
