Convention on the definition of aggression signed on 3 July 1933, established the borders of modern Romania. Valeriu Florin Dobrinescu was a professor of international relations and history at the University of Craiova in Romania. The author of numerous books and articles, he was a leading specialist on twentieth century Romanian history.
