In addition, the provisions of the Equality Act and subsequent UK case law are considered within the context of EU Directives and judgments from the European Court of Justice and other international sources of equality law. Malcolm Sargeant is Professor of Labour Law at Middlesex University and teaches discrimination law at both undergraduate and post graduate levels.
