Dog Warrior by Wen Spencer
Urban planning plays a significant role in the development of nations. Cities are rising as never before and these days, it is assumed that at least 50% of the world's population lives in urban cities. This movement is projected to carry on, and at the same time, the problems in urban areas are also expected to increase. Urbanization constitutes a compound procedure linking problems with communal, financial, ecological and spatial proportions that need suitable solutions. This book highlights some of these problems and discusses potential solutions in terms of organization, planning and management.Wen Spencer, the 2003 John Campbell Prize winner, lived in Pittsburgh for twenty years, so it's only natural that she sets her stories there. She currently resides with her husband and son just outside of Boston. Her writing is influenced by her love of Japanese anime and manga. Tinker, her fantasy novel, was nominated for the Romantic Times Review Choice Award for Best Fantasy in 2003 and received the Sapphire Award. Anne McCaffery has selected Wen as one of two suggested authors on her website.
