Kenneth Grahame (1859-1932) wrote The Reluctant Dragon ten years before the publication of his most famous work, the classic The Wind in the Willows, E. Nesbit (1858-1924) spent her childhood in Germany and later lived in England. Her classic stories of fantasy and adventure for children, written in the early 1890s, include Five Children and it. The Phoenix and the Carpet and The Railway Children. Inga Moore has illustrated numerous classics including Kenneth Grahame's The Wind in the Willows, as well as writing and illustrating Six Dinner Sid, which won a Smarties Book Prize (0-5 Category). She lives in Gloucestershire.
