In 1982 she co-founded The Lusitano Breed Society of Great Britain, and in 1995 formed The Classical Riding Club (CRC). Sylvia Loch is the author of The Royal Horse of Europe, The Classical Seat, Dressage, The Art of Classical Riding and The Classical Rider. She lives in the Scottish Borders.
