Drum Method, Elementary by Roy Burns

Name one life-changing year in history? One year that still impacts the whole world today? We may not have to think for very long before we land on the year 2020: a year that left millions of lives shattered emotionally, physically, and spiritually. A year that highlighted the division in race and nations, and separated the people into those who were essential and those who were not. A year that left us during a global lockdown doubting tomorrow, and questioning where is God? Are you still left wondering? Now more than ever, it is time to reconnect with the importance of Jesus's words. His words provide us with the answers. Linda Mowrer felt an urgency to learn, follow, and teach Jesus's word after taking a class on the Sermon on the Mount, while studying for her master's degree in Bible and Theology. When the word of Jesus began working on her heart and throughout her life, she knew she had to create this one-of-a-kind Bible study and publish it. Jesus's Words: Are They Relevant for Christians Today? is not only a compelling study on The Sermon on the Mount, but it provides thought-provoking journaling questions that will open your mind and heart to Jesus again. The world can and will change around us. But Jesus's words are unchanging. They have and will always be something we can depend on, and trust in the most uncertain times, because. Jesus Christ is the same, yesterday, and today and forever (HEBREWS 13:8). Linda and her husband, Chris, live outside of Galesburg, IL and have two adult daughters, Caitlin and Chelsea, and two fur babies, Bella and KB.
