Justine feels very passionate about the quality of service provision for people with learning disabilities. Lucy Harper has worked as a lecturer for the University of Nottingham for five years and is based at the Mansfield site in Nottinghamshire. Before this she spent ten years as a general nurse caring for surgical patients. Lucy is a qualified practice teacher and regularly teaches students from all fields of nursing including learning disabilities. She has always been active in promoting high quality health care services which are safe and effective for service users, carers, relatives and staff.
