The Early Diary 1927-1931 by Nin Anais
In these diaries, Nin Anais reveals how she managed the obsession that nearly ruined her marriage. Despite her "ideal" marriage to Hugo Cuiler, Nin began a flirtation with writer John Erskine. She also renewed her relationship with her cousin Eduardo Sanchez who introduced her to the work of Freud.
Anais Nin (1903-1977) was a French-born author of Catalan, Cuban and Danish descent. She became famous for her erotica, as well as for her published diaries, which span more than sixty years, beginning when she was eleven years old and ending shortly before her death.
