Prajna is a teacher and therapist known for her depth of compassion and presence and ability to embody feminine wisdom. She came to spiritual realization by way of Mysticism and three decades of extensive study in the world's wisdom traditions and depth psychology. She is a graduate of The Hakomi Institute, Rudolf Steiner College, Boston University, and SUNY at Binghamton. She is the creator of the Living Awake Intensive, and founder of The Flowing River School and Sangha, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the healing and inclusion of people with disabilities. She is deeply inspired by many teachers, specifically by her extraordinary life as a single mother of three children (two with special needs) and her root teacher, Adyashanti.
