Historian Alex Langlands is an expert in nineteenth-century farming practice, and appeared on the BBC TV series Victorian Farm. He lives in Winchester. Peter Ginn spent time studying archaeology at University College London and has since been a digger, supervisor, teacher and a cook on archeological sites.
