Alan Lynn is Course Director for the MSc in Sports Coaching in the Department of Sports Studies, University of Stirling, Scotland. He is a member of sportscoach UK's Coaching Standards Group and has presented his coaching-related research at several international conferences. Alan has written three other books for Crowood: Swimming - Crowood Sports Guides [2006]; Conditioning for Swimmers - A Guide to Land-Based Training [2007] and High Performance Swimming [2008].
