Elephant White by Will Brenton
Elephant White is Lucy's favourite toy (she's played with him so much, his white is all patchwork now), until she gets a sparkly fairy doll. So Elephant White decides he needs to find a new home. He tries joining the Mouse Circus, the Weasel Pirates and the daredevil Red Swallows pilots, but nowhere feels like home. Finally, Elephant White finds Lucy and discovers she has been looking for him all along and is very happy to be able to take him home.
Will Brenton co-created leading UK TV programmes for children, including The Tweenies, Boo!, and Jim-Jam and Sunny. He has written the Playdays titles Rosie's Special Day Roundabout and A Topsy-Turvy Day (Reader's Digest Books) and is now director of the Wish Films company. This is his first title for Templar. Holly Clifton-Brown graduated from the Chelsea School of Art and went on to Bristol UWE. She has written and illustrated Annie Hoot and the Knitting Extravaganza (Andersen Press). This is her first title for Templar Publishing.
