Stephanie Graegin grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Houston, Texas, where she spent her childhood painting and collecting animals. She graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art with a BFA in fine arts and the Pratt Institute with a MFA in printmaking. Stephanie currently resides in Brooklyn, where she continues to draw and has reduced her collection to just one orange cat.
