'The chapters on Unfair Dismissal and Redundancy contain some gems for the busy practitionerA useful handbook.' New Law Journal, 14 April 2006 'It strikes the right balance between detail and overview. With the valuable feature of the companion website, the book is one that should satisfy most employment practitioners. The book is as up to date as one will get with such a publication and, if you subscribe to the employment law bulletin, you should get several happy years of use from it. I shall certainly keep my copy close to hand for when I am pressed for a swift answer.' ELA Briefing, April 2006 'For an all-embracing, authoritative introduction to all major aspects of employment law, The Law Society's Employment Law Handbook is hard to beat.' Employment Lawletter, May 2006 'The book is comprehensive, yet succinct, providing an excellent overview of employment law.' CLC Chronicle, August 2006
