Eritrea by Edward Denison
The third edition of this Bradt guide to Eritrea includes new maps, town plans and hotel listings. The first guide was published in 1994 and in the ensuing years the country has emerged from its war-torn past into a desirable destination. This volume contains information and personal recommendations on a host of attractions, including the capital, Asmara, prime diving sites of the Red Sea and natural history havens.
Edward Denison is an Associate Professor of Architectural History at the Bartlett School of Architecture (UCL) and a heritage consultant, writer, and photographer. His expertise on Eritrea draws on nearly a quarter of century of personal and professional experience.
