The Essential Frankfurt School Reader by Andrew Arato
Now there is a resource that will help you go deeper into the truths of the book, Un-Special Needs. This companion guide to the book, written for parents who are affected by special needs, is perfect for individual study, small groups, one-on-one mentoring, and adult Sunday school classes. To quote Karen Leonard, who co-authored this study guide with her husband Jim Leonard, The workbook joins with the book in inviting parents to soar in their thoughts and dreams toward their children who have extra challenges. It calls us to reflect on God's purpose for every person, and summons us to develop the areas of un-special needs in our kids, specifically, to magnify their strengths, to delight in their unique personality, and to help our kids embrace the biblical truths to love God and to be a blessing in the world in which they live.
