Penelope Bagieu was born to Corsican and Basque parents in Paris in 1982. She is the author of several bestselling graphic novels, and her editorial illustrations have featured in a variety of French publications. She blogs, plays drums in a rock band, and enjoys watching nature shows. Her first graphic novel to be published in the United States is Exquisite Corpse.
