Eye of the Storm by Julie Mccoy
AFTER THE DARKEST OF STORMS, THERE WIL ALWAYS BE LIGHT. Storm chasing is a tempestuous business, as Sam Di Matteo is about to find out. Her new boss, the acerbic and obnoxious Jonah, certainly doesn't make it easy for her. Spending their days tracking storms across the plains, Sam soon discovers there's a lot more to Jonah than meets the eye. As they both try to escape their harrowing pasts, can they find their way out of the dark?
Julie McCoy is from Dublin, Ireland but is living in North County Kildare with her husband, two daughters and various four legged creatures. She began writing in her teens but after a long, dry spell of writer's block all through her twenties, she took it up again in 2009 when a story crept into her head and nagged her until she eventually wrote it down. A novel was born. Since then, she has joined creative writing classes, writers' groups and now writes a selection of poetry, short stories and various musings on life, as well as novels. She can regularly be heard on KFM's 'Artyfacts, ' reading her poetry and short stories. 'Eye of the Storm' is inspired by a life long dream of hers: to chase storms across America's 'Tornado Alley.
