Grimm's Fairy Tales is a collection of fairy tales by the Brothers Grimm, Jacob and Wilhelm. This work contains 62 of there most famous fairy tales including Little Red Riding Hood, Rapunzel, and Hansel and Gretel. The Brother Grimm were 19th century German academics and cultural researchers who collected and published folklore. They were largely responsible for popularizing German and European folktales, saving many great stories from the uncertain future of oral traditions. Many of their collected folk tales have been adapted into film and other modern media.
