Adrian Martin is originally from Co. Cavan. He has a degree in culinary arts from the School of Tourism in Killybegs. He worked in the award-winning restaurants, MacNean House in Cavan and Bon Appetit in Malahide. He currently travels the country giving food education talks in schools and hosting demonstrations for charities, GAA clubs, ICA groups, festivals and schools. He appears weekly on TV3's 'Six O Clock Show'. Joe.ie voted him as one of the 15 rising stars of 2015 and he has been voted in the top 26 people to follow on Snapchat by Lovin Dublin. His recipes have been published in 'Woman's Way', the 'RTÉ Guide' and 'Easy Food' magazine.
