FALLEN is a tragic tale of a fictional Cork family, set against a nation's crime and its unearthing history.
Mel O'Doherty was shortlisted for the Francis MacManus award in 2019. In 2020 he was shortlisted for the Seán O Faoláin international short story award and longlisted for The Sunday Times Shor Story Award. His stories have been published in Southwood Literary Journal and The Irish Times and broadcast on RTE Radio. He is an English teacher by profession. He lives in Douglas, Cork with his wife and three children.
