Fat Attack by Judith Wills
This step-by-step 30-day eating and activity plan shows how to shed fat successfully to achieve the body shape you want - without pain or deprivation - while dramatically reducing your risk of heart disease. Although the link between a high-fat diet and heart disease is now conclusive, the latest research indicates that many people still find it hard to cut down on the fat in their diet. Yet, as this book demonstrates, you don't have to make drastic changes to your diet or give up the foods you enjoy. In fact, with this programme you can eat more and still lose weight by learning how to make simple swaps in your diet, increase your intake of carbohydrates, fruit and vegetables and low-fat protein, and recognize which foods contain hidden fats. Including at-a-glance fat charts, plus over 30 fat-busting recipes and cunning cooking tips, this book presents recent facts about fat and how to get rid of it.
