A boy who seeks feathers for his collection finds a baby bird. While he is climbing a tree to return the bird to its nest, he accidentally falls, but to his surprise is rescued by an angel. The event begins his journey of helping others and finally leads to transforming him into a higher being. This book invites the reader to find feathers hidden in the color illustrations as they read.
Wyness, Steven C.: - Steven was born and raised outside NYC in the scenic Hudson Valley of New York State, which inspired his passion for nature and art. Educated as a commercial artist, he has worked for over thirty years as a graphic designer, illustrator, photographer, sculptor, and fabricator. The Feather Collector is his first children's book. He now lives in view of the beautiful Rocky Mountains outside his back door.
