Britain's Lost Cricket Grounds was acclaimed as a coffee-table classic for and of posterity by Frank Keating in The Guardian and hailed as the best sports book of 2011 by Jim Holden in the Sunday Express. Chris also wrote Small Island by Little Train for the AA and co-wrote The Archers Archives for the BBC.
