Fibre Fuelled by Will Bulsiewicz
Revolutionise your health and heal your gut with fibre, from the award-winning gastroenterologist and gut health expert. ‘A truly transformative programme that will optimise your digestion, strengthen your immune system and take control of your health’ Professor Tim Spector, bestselling author of Food for Life and The Diet Myth The benefits of restrictive diets like paleo and keto have been touted for more than a decade. However, award-winning gastroenterologist Dr Will Bulsiewicz reveals that elimination diets can, in fact, harm our health. What research clearly indicates is that gut health is key to boosting our metabolism, balancing our hormones and reducing inflammation that causes a host of diseases. And the scientifically proven way to fuel our guts is with dietary fibre. The good news is that our guts can be trained. Fibre-rich foods – fruits, vegetables, whole grains, seeds, nuts and legumes – work quickly to help you maintain long-term health, promote weight loss, and thrive and feel great from the inside out. With a 28-day jumpstart programme that includes menus, over 70 fibre-fuelled recipes, essential advice on food sensitivities and detailed shopping lists, this book offers the blueprint to turbocharge your gut for lifelong health. ‘An authoritative and refreshingly clear picture on how to optimise gut health … dive into Fibre Fuelled and find out how’ Dr William W. Li, New York Times bestselling author of Eat to Beat Disease
