Gonzalo E. Gonz�lez Cifuentes is a writer and wildlife photographer and the author of many locally published books on birds and wildlife in Chile. He is also associate editor of the Chilean Journal of Ornithology. Daniel E. Mart�nez Pi�a has devoted his life to ornithology and illustration. A birder since early childhood, he has traveled all over Chile and is the coauthor and illustrator of many books on the country's birds.
