Susan Roberts comes from a family of adventurous eaters -where she learned how to approach unfamiliar foods safely and with curiosity. She married into a family of picky eaters so she knows the frustration of preparing good food and having to eat alone or even throw it away. Ms. Roberts, studied occupational therapy at Boston University, healing traditions at Harvard and nutrition at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She has combined these interests to help children and their families enjoy mealtimes. Susan lectures nationally, teaching therapists, professionals and parents her methods for getting children with autism and other special needs to eat balanced meals and improve their health and behavior.
