Since 2000, Rob Maaddi has worked as a sports writer for The Associated Press in Philadelphia. Throughout his career, he has covered the Super Bowl, World Series, NBA Finals, Stanley Cup Finals, and countless other important athletic events. Rob has published a biography on Mike Schmidt and co-authored three children's sports books. Rob is a devout Christian who seeks to make a difference and bless others every day. Rob is a missionary softball player for the Deacons Prison Ministry.

He pays visits to detainees, gives his testimony, and preaches the gospel. Rob lives in South Jersey with his wife, Remy, and their twin daughters, Alexia and Melina.
