After experiencing my first heartbreak at the age of four, relationships throughout my entire life have been a consistent, heartbreaking struggle which put me through many years of misery, depression and counseling.

After my parents' divorce, life wasn't the greatest. Growing up in a broken home caused me to suffer both internally and externally. Life for me became a fight and a battle against myself, others, and God. During my many years of battling against The Big Three (myself, others, and God) I started to find myself in another battle that became the most terrifying fight I would ever have to face: the battle against depression.

What I discovered during the tough heartbreak, life draining depression, and my many battles against The Big Three was that your quality of life that you live will directly reflect the relationships you have with yourself, others, and God. Therefore, regardless of who you are or your beliefs, the key to long-term success in life is creating powerful and loving relationships with yourself, others, and God.
