
Wynnie Chan has been working as a nutritionist for over 15 years. Wynnie currently works as a freelance nutritionist and is the nutrition consultant for the Chinese Healthy Living Centre running healthy eating and cooking courses for Chinese takeaway/restaurant chefs all over Britain. Dr. Wynnie Chan is a Public Health Nutritionist, she is also the editor of four books in the McCance and Widdowson's The Composition of Foods series. She has written numerous articles for consumer magazines and newspapers, as well as scientific journals. She appears frequently on TV and radio programmes. Ken Hom, O.B.E, is regarded as the world's leading authority on Chinese cookery. Well-loved for his popular television programmes, books and restaurants, he was awarded by HM The Queen with an honorary OBE for 'services to culinary arts' in 2009.
