She's noted for her easygoing demeanor and genuine concern for women's issues. She is the Executive Director of Cross Track and an Associate Director of On-Target Training, both of which are multinational training companies. Kris was born and raised in the United Kingdom. She relocated to Toronto in 1967. Kris and her husband moved to Nova Scotia in 1996.
