Before becoming a broadcaster and journalist, Brough Scott rode 100 victories as an amateur and later a professional jockey. He's contributed to the Sunday Times, the Independent on Sunday, and the Sunday Telegraph, among other publications. He has been named Sports Journalist of the Year three times and Sports Feature Writer of the Year three times. He was also a founding director of the Racing Post, which he has contributed to on a regular basis. He's the author of Galloper Jack, Racing Certainties, and a slew of other racing-related books.
