Stuart made his debut appearance in the world of bodybuilding media when he was 22 years old, in 1981. He has almost 1,000 articles in print magazines to his credit. For 22 years, he authored a monthly piece for the UK's largest bodybuilding magazine. He's also the author of several well-received publications, including BRAWN, BEYOND BRAWN, and BUILD MUSCLE LOSE FAT LOOK AMAZING, as well as a 15-year publisher of his own magazine. His success as a writer, however, stemmed from his efforts to overcome the deep hardships he faced as a result of his psychiatric issues. External rewards flowed from this triumph, but it also resulted in extra mental battles, resulting in smothering distress.
