Shaheena Janjuha-Jivraj is Associate Professor in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Gender Diversity at HEC Paris in Qatar. Naeema Pasha is the Director of Careers & Professional Development at Henley Business School, where she is also the Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. She is the founder of World of Work, an annual conference which explores the future of work readiness. Naeema is a researcher in skills, jobs and the future of work, and she has written and spoken extensively for publications such as Forbes and People Management.
