Garston Revisited by Garston Historical Society
Presents a collection of archive photographs that traces some of the many ways in which Garston has changed and developed over the last hundred years. This work records various aspects of everyday life, from shops and businesses, churches and schools, to images of work and leisure, day trips and days off.
'Garston Revisited' has not been compiled by a single author, but by several members of the Garston Historical Society. This is the second local history study that the group have worked on. Their previous title, 'Images of England: Garston' was published in 1996.
