Among the many well-know writers who have contributed are, from the UK: Claudia Roden, Clarissa Hyman, Judy Jackson, The Jewish Princesses, Denise Philipps, Rose Prince, Judi Rose, Restaurant Kaifeng, Michael van Straten, Linda Dangoor, Lady Sacks, Marlena Spieler; from the USA: Florence Fabricant, Ken Alba, Barbara Kafka, Poopa Dweck, Fred Plotkin, Paula Wolfert, Stanley Ginsberg, Mitchell Davis, Steven Raichlen, Deborah Madison; from Israel: Yotam Ottolenghi, Sami Tamimi and from Australia Nadine Abensur.
