Huw L Williams is a Lecturer in philosophy at Cardiff University and National Lecturer for the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol. Carl Death is a Senior Lecturer in International Politics at the University of Manchester. He is Co-Editor of African Affairs and an Associate Editor of International Relations.
