
At the age of nineteen, author David Marsh launched Creem magazine. From 1973 to 1974, he worked as a rock critic for Newsday before joining Rolling Stone as an assistant editor and columnist in 1975. He went on to become a best-selling author and has contributed to a number of New York-based and national periodicals, primarily on the topics of rock 'n' roll and sports, which are his specialties.
