Gnarr by Jon Gnarr
In this entertaining memoir Jon Gnarr describes his path from self proclaimed anarchist and founder of the Best Party to becoming the mayor of Iceland's only major city. Following the collapse of the Icelandic banking system in 2008, comedian Jon Gnarr was inspired to invent a political party and run for mayor of Reykjavik. He decided to satirise the current political parties and instead promised voters that he wanted to make their lives more fun. In the elections, the Best Party emerged as the clear winner, with 34.7% of the vote. Here Gnarr recalls his time in power.| SKU | Unavailable |
