Andrew Farley's experience as a Christian was at first characterized by self-effort and spiritual "trial and error" as he tried to please God. Andrew Farley (PhD, University of Illinois) serves as the lead teaching pastor of Ecclesia, a growing evangelical church in Texas and is the author of several books, including The Naked Gospel, God without Religion and Heaven Is Now. He was formerly a professor at the University of Notre Dame for five years and is now a tenured professor at Texas Tech University.
