Joe McGinniss is a fiction and nonfiction author. He rose to popularity after writing the best-selling The Selling of the President, which detailed the marketing of then-presidential candidate Richard Nixon, and has since written a number of other books. He and his wife, writer and editor Nancy Doherty, live in Massachusetts.
