Tresidder, Tracy: - Tracy's personal vision is 'to change the world one family at a time'. She is passionate about assisting people to lead a conscious life through deeper understanding of the Enneagram. Tracy has dedicated the past 15 years working as a university educator, coach, speaker and author to assisting and supporting individuals and families through the turbulent times that life presents so they are able to experience more loving and healthy relationships. She has been studying the Enneagram with some of the world's best teachers in the area over the last 11 years. This has helped Tracy to move to a deeper level of exploration and understanding - not only of herself as a coach but also of her coaching clients, particularly parents and their teenagers. Tracy coaches parents and teenagers to develop greater awareness by understanding their Enneagram style. This helps them improve their communication and connection, and develop relationships that are mutually respectful, loving and trusting. She also facilitates communication and leadership workshops with corporations to raise consciousness and increase leadership capability.
